Afrika
Afrika is a new member joining the herd. His beautiful, spotted markings
makes him look like African wild animals, hence, his name. He is sweet, friendly,
smart and very easy to handle. "I adore ALL my llamas, but if I had to pick a
favorite, Afrika is the one!" |
|
|
|
Abu
One of our most "calm and cool" llamas is Abu. He is a tall, camel-looking llama and is so easy to lead, you may forget that he's even behind you! Abu is great with kids and will steal your heart! Here he is with his silly Summer haircut! |

Cinnamon Mocha
Cinnamon was also a "LeConte Lodge" llama
for about 6 years. He is a well-trained, professional packer and
with his mellow temperament, he is one of my best llamas on every
trek! His beautiful face and mocha color make him a favorite and
is requested by repeat trekkers! |

Cuzco
The Dominant Male of the entire herd is Cuzco, named after the Disney character in the "Emperors' New Groove" animated movie. He packed for many years, and does not lack in experience. Cuzcos’ mellow attitude and stable professionalism makes him one of our very best llamas! One of our largest llamas, Cuzco weighs in at 380 pounds, but can be handled easily, even by the youngest child! Cuzco loves to sit in and wallow in the creeks when its' hot and is also one of the stars of my stage presentations, as he will enter any building without fear!

J.J. Bird
JJ is named after my brother, Jeff, and was my very first llama!
My favorite feature about JJ is his magnificent chestnut and cream
colored wool, which is so thick and shiny that everybody wants to
pet him! His excellent breeding history, his Champion Show-Winning
parents and his sweet disposition make him a favorite among hikers.
He was acquired from "Twin Ridge Llamas" in Seymour, Tn.
which is owned and operated by Donna McGlothin, a reputable breeder
and friend. |

Taylee
Taylee, named after my nephew Taylor Lee, is a dream!
He's one of the the friendliest llamas, a perfect packer and always
manages somehow to stay clean. He originates from Canada, where
I believe he was part of a pack string because he follows so perfectly. |

Angelina
The day we acquired this sweet little one, she was so nervous that she broke
down the barn gate and escaped into the woods! She was missing for 2 solid days
and we were devastated!

After many frantic searches, she miraculously
re-appeared and was just fine! I believe Angels were protecting her, hence
the name, Angelina. She is now fully trained and available for any type of trek! |

Yahzi
Baby Yahzi is our newest llama to the herd! He's exceptionally small for his
age, hence his name, "Yahzi", which means "little one" in Navajo.
Yahzi
has a great personality, is super friendly and loves people. He is now in
training and soon will be a little bright star on all our treks! |
